Check-in was very easy and flexible, which I truly appreciated. The space is peaceful, and the balcony is a lovely spot to watch the sunset and enjoy the city lights at night. Everything is thoughtfully and ergonomically arranged, making the place feel cozy and comfortable. The internet had a few moments of instability, but it’s completely understandable since it’s prepaid WiFi and not fiber. Overall, I had an amazing stay. The unit is complete with kitchen utensils and everything I needed. Thank you for the warm hospitality, looking forward to coming back soon!

We had such a great time at this beach house! Super private, really spacious, and just a nice place to chill. The whole vibe was peaceful and relaxing, exactly what we were looking for. We had plenty of room to move around and everything felt clean and comfy.

This room was probably the nicest ive stayed at in this building. and easily the most responsive and helpful host. The living room and balcony is exactly like the photos and very spacious. It was also better stocked than most other airbnb's ive been to, with many dishes and plenty of water and toilet paper etc. Any problem I had, the host responded immediately. I had a new showerhead with better pressure and a clean balcony in under 30 minutes of asking. She even gave me free fruits when the cleaner came to fix the balcony after a bad storm messed it up and made it dirty. The host is a 10/10. The room for me is a 9/10 because the upstairs has smaller ceilings and I bumped my head a few times. There's a few small things that could be improved, but overall the place was great. Especially if you're short/small. As the host warned me about many times, the building has no power 2-4am. So if you are a night owl, it may be best to wait for the maintenance to finish, but otherwise it's great.

Great location. The place was huge with kitchen. 2 bathrooms. The place Smelled fresh and clean. The owner was very responsive and updating if we needed anything. They allowed an affordable fee for an hr/ extension.

Hussle-free check in. When we got to the condo it was clean with complete amenities. im happy with provided water and netflix. my partner was not feeling well so we just stayed and chill at the unit. for me, it was perfect. everything was provided. plus very responsive

This was a wonderful apartment to stay in for a few weeks while in Cebu. It is centrally located and a short walk from shopping malls, restaurants, casinos, ect. There are always taxis outside and a convenient shop at the base of the towers. The view from the loft window is incredible and the chandelier lighting is beautiful at night. I will be sure to stay here again if I return to Cebu!

A great place to stay for a large group or family. The 3-bedroom condo was perfect! Spacious balcony with views of the city. In a perfect location walkable to restaurants and shopping. The host was extremely responsive, accommodating and offered additional services including transportation to and from the airport, which was very useful. My only regret was not being able to stay longer.

1. The host/owner of the unit is very responsive to queries. 2. Kuya buds, the caretaker of the unit is a "one-call-away" person. Whenever we need something (ex. mop, mattress, etc.), he always diligently acceded without hesitation. 3. An hour before our check-in, we were informed by the host that the unit we originally paid for was being occupied by the persons who stayed in the unit prior to Oct. 7, accdg. to the host, those persons liked the unit very much that they didn't want to leave. The host let us checked-in to other unit for a night and promised us for an upgraded unit for the rest of our stay, which she acceded. 4. The host is true to her words and also very welcoming. 5. The units are great. They are clean and a walking distant to malls and markets. We just had an unforgettable experience about the receptionist. She's so RUDE. We had an emergency around 12:00-1:00 A.M., we POLITELY asked for a wheelchair but she replied rudely, "Hindi ako robot!" in bisaya.
