Absolutely fantastic luxury penthouse! The apartment is spread over two floors and feels incredibly spacious, modern, and top-class. The balcony offers a breathtaking view of the city and Fuente Osmeña Circle from the 27th floor. Everything in the apartment is fully functional and well-equipped. The location is perfect, vibrant and lively with easy access to everything you could possibly need right outside the door. At the same time, the building itself feels very safe and secure, with great and friendly staff at the reception. The host was extremely accommodating, highly responsive, and made it very easy for us regarding early check-in. Highly recommended, and we will definitely book this again next time we are in Cebu!

I had a truly wonderful stay at this condo in Cebu, and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations in many ways. From the moment I arrived, everything felt smooth and well-organized. The check-in process was straightforward, and the host provided clear, detailed instructions, which made settling in completely stress-free—even for a first-time visitor to the city. The condo itself was exactly as described, if not better. It was spotlessly clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with a cozy yet stylish interior. I especially appreciated the attention to detail—from the comfortable bed and quality linens to the well-equipped kitchen that made it easy to prepare meals. The air conditioning worked perfectly (which is essential in Cebu’s climate), and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout my stay. One of the highlights was definitely the view.

My team and I stayed at the Beach House Villa for 3 days and 2 nights, and we absolutely loved it. The place is spacious and offers beautiful sunset views. We co-worked on our first night, and the internet speed truly lived up to the listing, everything ran smoothly during our work session. It was the perfect setting to bond, exchange ideas, and enjoy the scenery. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing us to cook all our meals throughout our stay. We also had a great time using the billiard table and the projector in the second-floor living room. The hosts were responsive, polite and helpful, which made the entire experience even better. Highly recommended! ✨

The condo is in a great location to everything in I.T. Park. The Ayala Mall, many restaurants, bus terminal, tent restaurants and the gathering field where everyone jist sits and relax in the grass is just all within a 5 mins walk. Highly recommended.

The apartment was absolutely lovely — clean, cozy, and even nicer than we expected. Everything went smoothly from arrival, and we felt comfortable there right away. We would definitely recommend it.

The place was spectacular and we had a blast celebrating my partner's birthday. The host was very responsive and even helped me with directions since I got a bit lost at first HAHA. The place was comfy and the highlight was the view from the 24th floor. Thank you for having us, we would love to come back again!

Great place and location. EzyMart just downstairs, McDonald's and Julibee nearby too. The host was very responsive and helped us with whatever we needed! Even with international adapters so we could charge up our items. The view is beautiful! 24 storeys up!

Very beautiful and very large home. Upstairs had a nice entertainment set with a large projector screen with Netflix, YouTube, etc. Fun pool table to play on as well. Home was well stocked with drinking water jugs, pots/pans, and dining ware. Beach access was very nice and we only saw people on the beach few times throughout our stay. Easy to travel to the Main Street where there was availability to purchase food, groceries, do laundry, etc. Homeowner and local caretaker were very helpful, and were able to assist us with answering questions, getting us rides, doing laundry, and bringing us any extra supplies we needed. Our only complaint was that the next door neighbors had many roosters (7-10 male roosters) who would crow loudly at nearly all hours of the night and day. The noise was most bothersome during sleeping hours, in the upstairs master bedroom. Regardless, we had a very great stay, that was well worth the price.
