*** No smoking indoors *** Due to health and general well-being concerns, we have a strict non-smoking policy in the condo. However, it's allowed to smoke on the balcony. Smoking in the apartment is a serious violation and will carry a penalty of up to USD 500. *** Conserve energy *** To conserve energy, please turn off aircon and lights when you're not in the room or in the condo. For your comfort, we recommend that you keep the temperature at 24 degrees or higher. Included in the condo booking: - Full access to the condo for the booked number of guests - Clean linen and towels upon arrival. Linen for beds occupied. One bath towel per guest. Extra mattresses for additional guests. - Hot and cold drinking water. The first drinking water container (5 gallons, around 19 liters) for the water dispenser is included free of charge. Additional water PHP100/container. - Unlimited internet (and Netflix Premium) - End cleaning of the unit Additional services according to the current price list. Perfect communications! Taxis and jeepneys stop just outside the building, so it's easy to go anywhere. Walking - there are lots of services already within walking distance. Taxi - easiest way to get around when it's too far to walk. We recommend the ordinary white metered taxis. Price mostly between PHP50-150 for shorter distances in the city. Jeepneys - inexpensive, local flair but you should check that you take the right jeepney route. Price about 7-10 pesos per ride. There is parking in the building, list price PHP2,000 per night, so please avoid overnight parking. Ask us for options. You may still park daytime in the building for around PHP30/hour.
