The room is super great. Very clean, cozy, the aircon is very cold. Very accommodating host. All requests granted at once. Location is perfect. Definitely we'll check in again when in cebu. Thank you so much for hosting us. God bless po.

Place was as described. Lots of room, most of the condos at this building are usually small but this one is at the corner and it’s nice to have more space and more windows for views. There was a problem with the air conditioner in the hallway/living room. The owner was very responsive and sent someone to fix it, worked for a short time but it failed again. Good thing the air con in the bedroom worked well. If it was a longer stay I would have fussed more about it but I was leaving early anyway so it was okay. I hope it gets properly fixed.

Ok they asked me to be honest soooo. The building is older, but they have renovated the unit to best it can possibly be! The unit is beautifully decorated. No unnecessary things to clutter it up. The renovation was very well done and looks great. Let's talk about the view. Holy cow the view. The balcony is kinda small, but that just makes it extremely cozy for your loved one. They kind of have to be in your arms! So that's actually a huge PLUS!!! Day view is superb, but just wait until it gets dark. Words can't describe the view. There's plenty of room for kids to crash out. But, the bed, let's just say if I could have stuck it in my backpack it would have mysteriously disappeared!! So comfy! I need to find out what brand and all the details so I can get one for my place. It's WAAAYYYYYY better than mine now! ACs worked great, Fridge was cold upon arrival. It's those little things that are important to me! Just go rent the place and see it for yourself!! You'll be happy too!
